Orders & Payment:
•All orders must be placed through our website.
•Full payment is required before production begins on custom orders.

Custom Orders & Personalization:
•Custom orders require 1-3 days production time, depending on the order size.
•Customers must review and approve mock-ups before production.
•We are not responsible for errors in customization if the customer provides incorrect details.

Rush Orders: Rush orders are available at an additional cost. Rush orders should be discussed & agreed upon before order production.

Cancellations & Order Changes:
•Orders changes can only be made during the design phase.
•Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Limitation of Liability:
•Queen Me Crafts is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
•Customers assume all responsibility for proper use of products, including small parts that may pose a choking hazard.
