Shipping policy

•We ship within 24 hours after order completion.
•Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
•Queen Me Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
•Once your order has shipped we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages or lost packages caused by the Postal Service. We will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment, but any issues after the package leaves our hands must be addressed with the postal carrier.
